| At Velcon Filling Systems, we've been working with industrial weighing and filling equipment for over 45 years and have installations all over the world in over 46 countries. We've used our knowledge and experience to develop a line of drum fillers that are known for their rugged construction, day to day reliability and sophisticated design. We offer many standard drum and container filler models to suit any application thought of.
Standard construction material is 304 structural stainless steel for long life, aesthetic appearance and food grade applications. All models are available in subsurface (patented raise-by-weight filling) or top-fill, single, dual and multiple lance arrangements. We provide drum, 1 to 5-gallon pail, IBC single fill, multiple fill station and palletized varieties. The stars of our equipment line are theautomatic bung positioning and fully automatic systems. Our Model AFS (shown above) is unique in that it performs the entire start-to-finish filling operation without the aid of an operator. In addition to the filling machines, Velcon manufactures conveyor systems, pallet dispensers, palletizers and controls to support the filling machines. |

Sturdy Construction Smart Design Each Velcon drum filler comes with a variety of valuable standard features-a foot valve at the tip of the fill lance, an adjustable dribble-flow control, a fume hood, drip pan and wiper ring. The customer has his choice of controller from PC 104 solid-state computer control to full PLC integration. All are housed in a NEMA 4 wall mount enclosure, with simple keyboard data entry and an easy-to-read display. All wetted parts are 316 stainless steel, with Teflon seats and seals standard. Additional features, such as easy accessibility to components and maximum standardization of parts, lead to low maintenance and minimum spare parts inventory. Our most popular fillers are displayed and described on this website. Many other models and designs are available, including fillers that are custom-made for your particular application. Optional features available include sanitary valves for food applications, hazardous area hardware, fume containment booths and hoods, splash shielding, quick change lance hardware, adjustable stanchion height for tote-bin filling, , nitrogen product purging, and a list of around 60 others.
