The Velcon Model T-5  5-Gallon Pail Filler ( Now With Allen Bradley PLC based controller ) provides precise filling by weight of liquid products and is built tough enough to provide years of accurate, dependable filling in today's modern filling operations. In addition, the filler is easily adaptable to smaller containers.  
     
      For clean, efficient filling, each Model T-5 is equipped with well-thought-out standard features all structural 304 stainless steel construction includes a foot valve at the tip of the fill lance, an adjustable dribble-flow control, a fume hood and wiper ring. The filler also incorporates an Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC coupled to a simple weight meter with a rugged Allen Bradley Panelview plus 400 data entry and an easy-to-read display. Additional features, such as easy accessibility to components and maximum standardization of parts, lead to low maintenance and minimum spare parts inventory. This combination of sophisticated design and solid construction make the Velcon 5-Gallon Pail Filler the most cost-effective 5-gallon filler you use.
